Antique Electric Fan Mathes Cooler 2 Speed Original Metal Wood Vintage USA Made
It is a 2 speed. For some reason it has 4 way switch. 2 of the positions have no function. The other 2 are low and high speeds. I had to spin the blade to get it to come on the first time (decades in storage). After that it came on with no issues.
