A Westinghouse Model AL10-1 1950`s era vintage electric fan labeled as their “Flipper Fan” in very good original running condition. Other than a light cleaning of dust and some small white paint specs, the fan appears almost as it did originally in the 1950`s era. The fan is designed to operate either facing horizontally or vertically when tipped backwards onto the upper set of legs as its name implies. Overall, the fan measures 12 in. Tall with the chrome guard measuring 11 in. The 4 blue plastic blades are 9 1/2 in. In a horizontal position the piece is 8 in. The fan shows signs of occasional use only over the years. It could use some additional cleaning and perhaps some light oiling to protect it if run.
