When plugged in and switched on, the fan comes to life and spins quite quickly. The fan blades have some cracks and chips, which causes the fan to shake when spinning at full speed. The fan appears to have been repainted with a coat of black paint. The original cord has been replaced with a very long red cord. Please carefully review pictures for condition of item.
