Fully WORKS Vtg 19 Emerson Electric Fan 796446-AP-G Metal 4-Blade 3-Speed NICE. This listing is for an antique Emerson electric fan, in excellent working condition. It has undergone small amounts of refurbishment; I have replaced the old cord with a correct quality vintage-style cloth covered cord and plug, both from motor to base and base to plug. The black paint of the large base piece, motor, and gear housings is all original black from the factory. The base plate, fan blades, top handle (handle only), and cage have been re-painted black. All 3 speeds work perfectly, as well as the off setting. It also has adjustable oscillation. I did not replace any of the original electronics/ gearing, and did not mess with anything else beyond small resoldering for the wires. The capacitor was professionally tested before being run for the first time, and works perfectly as intended. Please see video in listing for a demonstration of all 3 speeds working and fully oscillating. The top badging plate is unbroken and is solidly riveted still, it is in good condition with small amounts of wear, but is still fully legible. The front decal was unfortunately painted over with heavy old black paint when I first got it- I did my best to save it, but time had taken its toll. There is some small amount of paint wear on the edge of one blade, and some small spots around the cage. It has been oiled. Overall an excellent piece for collectors, display, use, or Gifting this holiday season!
