Vintage electric fan, 1940 GE Vortalex Pedestal FM12M1. All original except for new vintage style chord and plug. Tested for hours of use with no issues. Works perfectly and quietly in all 3 speeds. Oscillates perfectly as well. Polished brass and chrome original hardware. Original paint on motor head and blades for historical sake. Original rubber feet- all intact. Refinished base with hammered copper finish. Solid brass extension pole. Extends and holds well. Outer pole – steel, stripped, and sealed with some tiny old corosion patterns I left for style. It has a sliding switch on the base that you use with your foot. It’s really a beautiful old machine that makes a lot of wind, and brings a lot of class to any room. A rarity in this condition.
