You can adjust the tilt up and down and it oscillates on its own. Has a nice sturdy plug-in cord. It has a pretty orange GILBERT Logo on the front. It has an ON / OFF switch on the top side of the base. One of the base pads is missing and one is chipped underneath. Classic black color, beautiful looking fan shows some age and use.
