Vtg GE General Electric. 4 Blade Parlor Fan. Looks to be from the 1920s 1930s but not sure. 3 fan speed setting. Great Industrial Table top fan. Could use a good cleaning. It is model 28646, 3 speed with an unusual pyramid logo on the front of the fan. For being 100 years old, it is in excellent condition with age appropriate paint loss to the cast iron parts.
I believe it is from around the 1920s. A magnet does stick to the blades so I believe they are steel.
A magnet does not stick to the blades. When switched to the “off” position, I had to wiggle the switch a little for it go off. Up for sale is an antique GE oscillating electric fan. I believe it is from around the 1930s but it is not dated.
General Electric pedestal fan. Also the gap in the back of the cage is big enough the you can turn the blades counterclockwise. The blades are held by a single set screw. As you can see from the video, the fan is working.
