I plugged it in and the blades turn at one speed and made a nice breeze. It does not oscillate but seems to want too as it will try and move but just doesn’t quite get there. The cage has one repair and there is cloth electric tape on the repair. The cord has been replaced and is not the original cord. There is two brass tags which they say that it is a 100-110 volt with 60 cycles and a model 105453. It measures aprox 18″ tall and the blades are brass and measure 12″ from tip to tip on the one side to another. The patent date on the motor appears to be Dec 26, 1899 and I believe this model was made sometime between 1905 and 1909. I have taken many pictures and welcome any questions. Please know that I also found an early GE that I will be listing this weekend. Please keep checking in and know that I will be listing all weekend.
