Oscillating knob is missing a cap that connects to the fan blade bracket, therefore although knob spins, fan does NOT oscillate. Replacement cap or creative repair will be needed to get oscillation to work. Power cord has been replaced with a modern cord/plug. Base is bare metal and missing protective covering that protects table/platform holding fan. Will require some sort of adhesive rubber feet or similar covering solution.
