UPDATE: 6/10/24 I removed the oil cup and sprayed some lubricant in the hole. It took off like a jet engine with 5 distinct speeds. You will need to clean the grease out of the cup, replace the wick and add oil. I believe that this has been repainted. It should have a brass cage instead of a steel cage. The restoration looks to be professional. If you are by chance unhappy, please let me know and I will try and make things right.
