The blades are in great shape. The body is to. Looks like someone sprayed it black at some point. The fan runs good on all 3 speeds. However the oscillating part doesn’t work. The wheel spins so the motor is working but the fan isn’t turning. It is missing the arm that allows it to spin. The cord from the base of the fan to the wall has been replaced.
