Antique Manning Bowman 11 Desk Fan, Oscillating, Custom Restoration! You are looking at an authentic item. Rarely do you find this type of unit professionally restored to this level. This 11 electric desk fan has been meticulously dissembled, all existing parts and electrical connections repaired, cleaned, and reassembled to bring this piece back to life by our skilled technicians. All inside components have been refurbished and re-protected. All visible parts have been professionally polished, restored, and/or professionally painted with show car automotive paint. The fan blades have been re balanced for smooth operation. Dimensions are 11″X14″X7. This model is a single speed oscillation fan and has a switch as originally manufactured on the back of the motor cover, with a cast iron base. The switch is the original and was refurbished as well. There are no defects in the original design and works as it did over 85 years ago. The cage has been painted to perfection and we have added a customized black and maroon paint job to enhance the features of this really beautiful little fan. Notice the custom dual color cage paint. The cage button has been completely refurbished and protected with our signature coatings. The fan is heavy and works smoothly and correctly just as it did back in the day. The oscillation function is just a bit wobbly due to the age of the fan but works soundly. NOTE: Although the fan has been restored and works perfectly we are recommending to use this antique fan sparingly, as it has seen many days of use. Engagement / disengagement of the oscillation function must be done carefully and with the fan completely off! By the way, understand the reflections in the pictures may make things look like there are bare spots or paint missing. This is an illusion, there are no chips or bare spots. We have restored this fan to fit into your kitchen, office, or any other room and add a beautiful accent to wherever you decide to display it. Beware of other “mom & pop” restored units.
