Came from a tested and working fan, all 3 speeds worked along with the in and out. Thermostat kicked on and off with dial. There is no dial knob. Comes with mounting box and hardware. Wires were cut at the motor and the plug for the outlet needs replacing. Last picture is of the fan,…
