Here’s an incredible piece of Art Deco Industrial styling in a very functional object. It’s an AIRMASTER Pedestal Fan from the 1930’s. It stands 6′ tall and has a telescoping base that allows it to go up to over 9′.. It weighs about 80 pounds. Solid cast iron base in great geometric stepped style. Chrome telescoping pole is locked with an allen key in any height. The fan cage measures 20 across. The fan blade is actually a solid cast aluminum PROPELLER that put out an amazing amount of air volume. It’s single speed and made for moving a lot of air in a large space like an office or factory. This one was never in a factory as it’s in excellent condition and very clean. It has a DIEHL motor who made some of the best fans of the early 20th century. The fan has been fully rewired and has a new pull-chain off-on switch. The cast iron base was repainted black. The fan runs very well and is ready to plug-in and use. If you are the New England area, I also offer Local Pick-up and might do a meet-up part way.
