Oscillates & r uns great in all 3 speeds. It stands 21 tall & the angle does adjust. The blade guard is 18″ with 16″ blades. Its pretty clean, but it does have some vintage wear & some paint specs on it. The cord has been replaced & its in good condition, just where it goes into the fan base the outer shell of the cord looks like it wouldn’t go through the hole. I’m not sure if there was a nob in the back to turn the oscillator on & off, but there’s nothing there. It’s a pretty nice fan for being 80 or 90 years old & pushes a ton of air! You Will Be Pleased!
