I love old fans but I do not know much about them, I believe this one is quite handsome with it’s brass blades and cage. Old General Electric, stands 20″ to the top of the cage x 17″ with the blades being 16 across. It looks like the cord was replaced at some time with another cloth cord and an old plug. Does run on at least 2 of the 3 speeds and oscillates somewhat when nudged a little.
