By hand the fan turns but I have no idea if it works. I took closeup pictures for you to decide its condition for yourself. The wire case needs to be straightened and is very dirty and needs to be cleaned. It would make this a great item for the serious fan collector. Size Approx 15 H from the bottom to the top.
