Antique 8 Emerson Electric Brass Blade Brass Guard Desk Fan Motor Missing Base/Switch with Raw Cast Reproduction Solid Brass Emerson Bed Post Bracket. The bracket is a raw cast reproduction bed post bracket (cast off of an original Emerson bed bracket from a Type 15644 Emerson 8). We are offering it with an original Type 14644 fan with complete upper housing including motor, housing, brass blade, brass guard, brass struts and trim (everything shown in the images). The motor is untested, but shows continuity when we tested it. This motor was originally 3 speeds with a speed coil and a coil will need to be incorporated during the restoration (not included) with the fan to achieve correct starting and individual speeds. This is a rare opportunity to build, restore and own a tribute example of a rarely seen fan. May have oxidation, nicks, pits, dings, dents or bends.
