I have five of these fans with one for parts. They are the same but different. Some have one pulley and some have two. They came out of a restaurant in Northern Indiana. I have a picture of when they were installed in the restaurant. They are very rare!!! I do not have the blades what you see in the pictures is what you get. Now i do have one of the wooden blades with the original fan mounts. I think they will look very nice in your home. Thank you for your time.
