This is a lovely old art deco fan by the General Electric Company. It runs really well. The motor is nice and quiet and it’s powerful for a fan of its age. It’s been rewired at some stage, but as with all vintage electrical goods, I’d recommend getting it tested before using as a normal fan. To me, it’s in a really nice condition. There are various imperfections to the paintwork and the copper-plated cage has some tarnishing, but nothing you wouldn’t expect for something of its age.
