It is an unusual old art deco electric fan – smokestand. It has a push button on the base. The air from the fan comes around the outside of the ashtray. It would have dispersed the smoke from the ashtray, as well as stirring the air on a hot day. It is 27 tall to the top of the handle. It is 24 to the top of the ashtray. It weighs 10 pounds. There are small wear spots on the chromium. The chrome is in fairly good condition. The chrome could be cleaned better. The chrome on one side of the handle has worn away. Something different for a collector. Great for a fan collection, a good piece for a smoking collection, a nice addition for an art deco collector..
