Very nice General Electric Whiz fan. Cast iron base and motor housing. 9 inch blade diameter, fan is about 12 tall. These were only made two years, 1918 and 1919. Top oiling model, with a single support bearing. Completely cleaned, adjusted, lubed and running well, puts out a very nice breeze! Glossy black paint, brass badge and cage have been cleaned and clear coated. Cage is a mix of brass and steel. Originally, unit had no switch, just plug in and go. New wires, inline switch and wall plug look and work great. See PHOTOS for cosmetic condition. This fan is almost 100 years old, and has been used and enjoyed, so it is not perfect.
