General Electric Type A B Form A Spec 17222. This fan looks great for its age. The blades look nice and straight, the cage looks great. Nothing looks broke or even bent! The fan manually swivels around. The switch clicks are crisp and the ornate base looks very nice. Not sure if the cord is original. I have not tried to run this fan as to it should be looked at first. I’m not an electrician and don’t liked to get shocked if something were to happen. This would make a wonderful restoration piece. Everything is in great shape. You’ll see in the one pick some time ago it looks like someone ran a black magic marker across the blades while it was running.
