A most graceful design with a serpentine crest flanked by sloping scroll arms. The comfortable loose cushion rests above mahogany Marlborough type legs joined by stretchers . This is a sound sofa in good order with only minor repairs over the ages. The current later cream colored cotton fabric is in good condition with only slight imperfections.
